Weekly Notices - 21st June 2026
This week we are invited to look deeper within ourselves to find the wells of prowess that will allow us to face life’s challenges in this crazy world we live in.
We are always called to walk with courage on our journey of faith; a journey often involving uncertainties and doubt, and in which we need a constant reminder that well within us, faith provides the strength to endure.
In essence, our faith journey is a testament to the courage we can find in God, and we are encouraged to embrace this journey with faith and trust.
Courage is a small word with tremendous power. It is the spark that ignites change, the strength that helps us face the unknown, and the resilience that carries us through life’s storms. Many of us yearn for that inner strength, but often find ourselves overwhelmed by fear and doubt. You’re not alone, and thankfully, courage is something we can cultivate with faith and perseverance.
In our moments of doubt, may we remember those great men in the Bible: the Joshua-men and the David-men who found victory over adversity through their faith. God is with us!
May God always bless St Aug’s
